The Nissan Leaf is an all-electric compact hatchback with seating for five. The Nissan Leaf is well-built and drives like a normal car. Its 107-hp electric motor offers snappy acceleration and an estimated range of 84 miles, while emitting zero emissions and hardly any noise.
Changes for 2013
The Nissan Leaf receives various detail enhancements for 2013. Refinements to aerodynamics and regenerative braking should improve the driving range, while a newly available 6.6 kW onboard charger reduces 220V charging time nearly in half. In addition, a new lower priced entry-level S trim joins the lineup, with the SL trim upgrading to leather seat-upholstery and 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. A leather-wrapped steering-wheel is now standard across the lineup and trunk space has been increased by relocating the inboard charger.
The 2013 Nissan Leaf Hatchback is available in 3 trim levels.
