The Lexus RC is a stylish mid-size coupe with four seats. A broad choice of engines is available, including inline-4 turbo, V6, as well as V8 units that define the various versions' characters. The RC is well-built, sufficiently spacious inside, and rides nicely. RC300 and RC350 are available with all-wheel-drive. The top-of-the-line RC-F is a modern muscle car powered by a 5-liter V8 sending its 467 hp exclusively to the rear-wheels.

Changes for 2016

The Lexus RC is available with Lexus Enform Service Connect and two further engines for 2016. The RC200t comes powered by a 2.0-liter twin-scroll turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine with intercooler paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, while the RC300 comes with a detuned version of the RC350's V6 and drives all-wheels by standard through a six-speed automatic transmission. A Limited Slip differential is now available on RC 200t F SPORT and 350 RWD F SPORT models.
