The Chevrolet Avalanche combines the comfortable interior of an SUV with the versatility of a pickup truck. Based on the Chevy Silverado 1500, the Avalanche features seating for up to six in a roomy interior that is larger than usual crew cab cabins. Especially the rear seat benefits from the added space. The cargo bed on the other hand is smaller than a pickup's, but thanks to the practical mid-gate, a part of the interior can be used to extend the loading bay.
